Dr. Tapan Ghose is a renowned Interventional Cardiologist in India with over 35 years of experience.
He specializes in coronary interventions, cardiac electrophysiology, and device implantation.
Dr. Ghose introduced the Trans radial angioplasty program at FHVK in 2006 and the trans-radial primary PCI program at FHVK in 2011, followed by another program at Paras Hospital in 2013.
He completed his MBBS at Silchar Medical College in 1989 and earned his MD (Medicine) from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, in 1993, also receiving a DNB (Medicine) from the National Board of Examinations that same year.
Dr. Ghose specialized in cardiology, obtaining a DNB (Cardiology) in 2001 after training at Batra Hospital Medical Research Centre, New Delhi. He also received a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from the National Board in 2004.
He is a member of prestigious medical societies, holding a life membership in the Cardiological Society of India and a fellowship at the International Medical Sciences Academy.
