Dr. Sonal Asthana is an important Lead Consultant who specializes in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) and Liver Transplant Surgery and is currently employed at Aster CMI Hospital in Bangalore. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in Hepato Pancreatic Biliary and Multi-organ Transplant Surgery. Dr. Asthana earned his MBBS and MS degrees from JIPMER in Pondicherry, followed by an MRCS from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and an MSc from the University of Alberta in Canada. He went on to complete a Fellowship in Multi-Organ Transplantation recognized by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS) in Canada.
