- Dr. Singh also worked at VIMHANS, New Delhi, alongside his mentor Prof. A. K. Banerji.
- In 2007, he joined Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, as a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon, continuing his work with Prof. Banerji.
- His contributions have greatly advanced neurosurgery practices in India, particularly in radiosurgery and epilepsy treatment.
- He is an esteemed member of several professional organizations, including the Journal of Pediatric Neurosurgery, the Neurological Society of India, and the Indian Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery's Executive Committee.
- Additionally, he serves as the Secretary of the Indian Society of Cerebrovascular Surgery and is the President of the Indian Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery.
