• Dr. Anil Saxena is a highly respected Interventional Cardiologist with over 31 years of experience, known internationally for his expertise in cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiology.
• He has extensive knowledge and experience in implanting ICDs (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators) and biventricular pacemakers, being recognized as a pioneer in this field in India.
• For more than 30 years, Dr. Saxena has been performing electrophysiological studies and radiofrequency catheter ablation to treat various complex cardiac arrhythmias, with thousands of successful procedures throughout his career.
• He played a key role in establishing the Department of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, where he has been actively contributing since 1989.
• His educational background includes an MBBS (1992) and MD (1985) from Kanpur University, along with a DNB (1993) from the National Board of Examination.
